Question Going from Juice to Boost......help

Hello I am new to boosted ls1 but I am growing more interested.
I currently have a Nitrous car but I am tire of filling bottle after bottle, worrying about pressure, and running out in middle of races.
The power I made with nos is in the signature.

I want to go single turbo and reach about 500-600 rwhp w/ Tune

This is what I have:

98 z28 M6 92000 miles
255 Walbro pump
42 # injectors
Granatelli Maf
Cartek 2x cam 224/228 590/590 113lsa
918 springs
Thunder racing pushrods
ls1 intake
ported TB
Ported Heads(not milled)
160 thermostat
EGR/EVAP/Air system removed

This is a list that I think I need, if I need anything else or if there is anything else I should know please add on. All the piping will be fab by a shop

Turbo t72 - t76 (Whats the best size for me)
Wastegate 38-40 mm
Exaust piping- Fabricated
Cool piping- fabricated
Intercooler
OIl piping

How much PSI should I run?
Any weak Vaccum hoses I should worry about?
Should I turn the NOS to an intercooler sprayer?, any gains or that or just sell the kit.

sell the nitrous kit spraying the intercooler is a waste....one of the many turbo masters will come in here and get you on track...good luck with the build, I switched from nitrous to turbo and I would never go back....

I am looking to swap to a D1SC as soon as I can save up some money. The nitrous has been good to me, but it is time to move on to FI.

+1 sell the n2o. I was where you are also. Your going to love the power on tap all the time.

I'd go 76mm, maybe a Tc76 from F.I. I know people have been having good luck with them, and they're cheap. I'd go to some 60lb injectors too. The single pump should be o.k., but maybe a return line with a FPR, boost referenced. I like to over build, but that's just me.

Are you looking for a custom kit or a "off the shelf"... your power goals can be eaisly reached by any turbo kit out there... to include even a T-68 STS setup. Make sure you read the sticky about "the real cost of FI" on the top of the board so you know what your getting into. FI is the best... and most expensive money pit there is.

I am will go with a custom kit, and this is actually my wifes car. I personally own a twin turbo 01 mustang GT, fully built putting down 755rwhp. But this ls1 has proven to be a whole different beast, and I can't stop amazing myself on how power it puts down when it comes to dollard/hp.
