Default Truck manifold question

Has Any one used 6.0 truck shorty headers. Seems like you could modifi these to maybe get around the ac. You can get these in ss,or mild steel, un coated so you can weld on them to move some of the tubes and collectors around. This is just something i have been thinking about. Maybe you could put them upside down cut off the collectors and move them.

I think you can use the header's,but I am not 100& sure. Why would you spend the extra money on the header's when the manifold's work so well??? If you are wanting to keep the A/C,then just keep the passenger manifold on normally and make a pipe come up to the front.
