Default LSX upgrade

I'm looking at doing a bottom end upgrade on my supercharged LS2. I'm thinking do a 4.125 bore and 4" throw for a 438. Does that sound about right? Callies Crank. Will a T-Trim Vortech support a 438? I don't like loud blowers. Or would you just do an LS7 block? I know about the Warhawk, but what's the best aluminum Dart block and how much?

What's the best price around on the LSX?

I just installed LG headers and tune. Already a monster.

That would be a 427.

Best price I have seen is at SDPC for $1899.

Why not just stick with a 4.0" x 4.0" LS2 block ?

It leaves room for overbores, and will have plenty of strength for close to 1000bhp.

Given you consider a T-Trim....you obviously dont intend hitting anywhere near 1000bhp.

So no real need for any fancy blocks. LS2 would work just fine.
