Default Heads for 6.0L procharger motor

So i just bought a 6.0L block, and I am wondering what the best heads for it will be. I will be going D1S-C, and later probably F1-A. I don't know that there would be a big difference for head applications on either of them, so what do you all think would be a good set of heads?

TSP CNC L92 heads with the up graded valve springs and SS valves. TSP L92 flow better, and might be cheaper.

We have used the Patriot LQ9 Stage 2 and Stage 3 heads on a lot of builds. At $1,285.00 complete they are a great deal. We have the Patriot stage 2 heads on this 740 rwhp C5. http://www.exoticperformanceplus.com...Car.php?car=40 Bob

I agree, if you are planning on boosting over 16 psi once you add the F-1A, I'd go with a thicker head such as the AFR 225's.
Here is my 408 with an F-1A with AFR heads.

Thanks ya'll! I wasn't sure, because someone told me that the lower the flow rate, the more power you would make on an FI app. Which, in turn, makes no sense to me, but then again, what do I know compared to other people. The L92's, I like, but I don't think I can utilize a Vic jr. intake on them. Out of all the heads that was said, what can I not use a vic jr. on besides the L92?..

gm makes a carb intake for the l92 heads-i have heard the l92 heads have a thinner deck surface, high boost may be a problem
i am building a 6.0 with the stock 317 heads, helps lower the comp. on a stock motor-i am using a disc for a corvette, 6.0, zo6 cam, ls6 intake(may start w/carb though) kind of a budget deal, i bought a couple 6.0 motors, so if i blow one up i will have spares, also will find the weak point-lol

That would be great as far as future input is needed on what may work and what won't. Will probably talk to you at a later time and date to find out what is good and bad ideas if you have the experience that is needed for the L92 heads..

So not to sound like a complete idiot, but the better the flow with the heads on a FI application, the more power I will end up making..

Yes, this is true for pretty much any application. But what helps FI motors more, is the exhaust porting moreso than the intake porting.

As far as a very cheap budget head- what you got right now is pretty decent. I used bone stock 6.0L heads on my P1 setup and made 632 RWHP with them. I'd stay with what you have right now with just the stock 6.0L heads and start saving for some AFR's in the mean time
