I have heard that Weiand is planning on making a manifold for the LS1/LS6 heads for the supercharger.

even if its for a carbeurated car, this may be a stupid question, but can i drop it onto a fuel injected car if the bolts match up?

even if it would "bolt on" it is going to stick out of the hood and will require alot of cutting to the windshield trim to fit.

They do have a kit out that will fit the LS1, mostly for hot rodders with LS1's strapped into about anything. Hell you can buy a crate LS6 with a KB on it. Just because its says LS1 does not mean it was specifically meant to fit in the F Body. But it will fit the motor. Unless its a strip car only its over kill for anything else

I have that kit by the way My dyno is below but if you look at my website it has the dyno sheet. 410 RWTQ at 1800 and 500 RWTQ at 3100 RPM's.

I think you must have dialed the wrong number!

Why would they tell you a carburated SBC supercharger/intake would fit a ls1
??????

The only thing that a SBC and a ls1 have in common....is that their both made by chevrolet.

BDS makes a intake manifold for LSX motors. They currently have one on a 4.8L in a silverado that fits under the stock hood even with a bugcatcher. Looks pretty Badass. I kind of like the old school look. And for those of you who are curious they are available with or w/o fuel injection. They made 488 HP on the stock 4.8. Not bad IMHO.
