turbo repair? I need to have my gt42 76mm turbo repaired, I know that the bearings are gone, compressor wheel needs replaced and it may need a compressor housing to.
can I get the parts and do this myself? If not who should I send it to and what do you think it will cost?

I do my own work, unless I don't have the tools to do it. I would rather get the parts and build it myself. Where can I find the parts is anyone a dealer?

You'll need more than a rebuild kit,if it touched I promise when you tear it apart it will need a rebuild kit,thrust collar and new compressor wheel and if it touch more than likely have to refinish the compressor cover to make it perfect,a balance is a Must and I'm pretty sure Precision will not sell the rebuild part to the public or to other turbo companys,besides www.forcedinductions.com
