Check out this site for the size.. pretty sure you will need a custom piston with those heads but from the looks of your sig they will get the job done.
I will be using diamond but their are many reputable manufactures.

Sell em along with your ls6 intake and pick up some L92's. Throw in some stainless valves and a decent spring package and you're there.

a custom piston is going to be your best bet,i agree with the l92's that would be the best bang for the buck

Yup thats what my 408 just had put on them, some L92's with light porting/smoothing and springs, etc. They flow great out of the box, great price too. If you can afford the cnc get em but these were jsut sitting around waiting for a new home.

How much boost you are going to want to run will dictate which heads to use. Boosting past 16 psi will require a thicker deck surface than that of an oem style of head. Bob

haven't really thought about how much boost i want to run. i used to have a fully built 2.2 sr20, that was running 25psi on a 35r. i know i dont need that much on a ls1 but just im kinda in the dark here with the whole FI on a v8 deal. im used to all n/a and n20 v8's...
