Default STS questions

just some questions about the STS kits for a TB SS...

what are some mods to go along with the kit? not looking to kill the block or anything but what kind of exhaust mods can go with the kit on the TB SS due to clearance and turbo placement, etc?

I've actually seen a TB STS in a resteraunt parking lot and of course I had to take a look and far as I could tell it had the OE exhaust up to the turbo and had plenty of clearance from any dangerous body components and of course the road.
I would figure you could go a step larger with the exhaust piping to the turbo and maybe gut the cat. Of course a good tune, proper fuel delivery, and a wrapped hot side will do a lot of good!

wait, so what are you asking? you just want more/less exhaust to look neat? or what?

go to an exhaust shop or someone that welds/cuts stainless steel or some metal that can be used as exhaust and talk to them , they can do stuff

if you were here in charlotte i would tell you to go to Eric, Nick Williams friend, but id think you are around here

No, I am in Tampa, FL but will be in fayetteville for two weeks in march....I am just wondering if there are any additional exhaust mods that would improve performance to go with the kit...

I hear of people coating and/or wrapping the exhaust pipe to help with faster spooling.
