We generally see an increase of 140 rwhp with 8 psi of boost with an ATI ProCharger. The power would be there to get in the 10's, provided the drivetrain and suspension can handle it.
Our '95 LT1 is going to be real close as it is currently getting lightened, and it's only showing 367 rwhp on our Mustang Chassis Dyno. It has a 4000 stall converter which doesn't do anything for dyno horsepower, but it runs 11.31/11.32 at 118 mph consistantly. It is now getting a manual steering rack, ac removed, elec water pump, race brakes front and rear, abs removed, power brake booster removed, etc. We're also swapping in a spool for the eaton posi in the Moser 12 bolt.
You can see the car here, with new pic's soon. http://www.exoticperformanceplus.com...tCar.php?car=7 Bob

It should, mine went from 12.1 to 11.1, but if you're still running the stock converter, plan on blowing thru it the first time out.....

I went from 11.62 @ 116 n/a. Added a D-1 & fmic with a 4.25 pulley, made 13psi and ran 10.10 and blew the stock block. Ran a bunch of mid tens before it blew though. Best trap was 138, I was very impressed with my little D-1.
