Meth tanks
My mechanic plumbed this system up. I have a little over 3 gals of capacity. It all fits insde the fender area. I am using the car to run in Open Road Races. I will averaging 170mph with speeds over 200 for 90-130 miles. So this should fit the bill.

thanks
Thanks for the resize. Yes it does have air to air intercoolers, but this is just added insurance. Also once you get up to speed the amount of meth sprayed goes down.

It will depend on the setup, and the nozzle size you are using. My setup lasts a very long time without using too much (I can usually beat the snot out of it for weeks without re-filling my 1 gallon tank). Then I have a buddy who has a C5 with an APS Twin Turbo setup and meth injection, and he can go through a gallon in a matter of a few hours of railling on his car, so again, it depends.

Filling
Smokin
One of reasons for all the tubing is you fill the windshield washer tank and it drains down to fill the whole system.

Have you done any testing with EGT probes to see how much meth you need to get your temps where you are comfortable, and what AFR's are you running at speed w/o the alky on? What does your AFR change to at speed after turning on the alky? Also, what knock protection are you running? Have you ever considered the J&S Safeguard digital knock controller - it's way more advanced in signal discrimination but uses a GM sensor.
Cool project!
