Default Aluminum 6.0 head for turbo?

i was told the LQ4/6.0 heads are good for a turbo setup, but what about the 07-08 6.0 heads which i beleive are aluminum, which one would be better for my 4.8 truck?

The cast iron is going to be stronger than aluminum, but the new alum. version is the same. Just different materials. I've got the alum version. Just like running the 6.0 iron blocks over the LS2 its how much you plan on throwing at it.

Go for the gold and get the iron......Iron may be heavier but in the long run its stronger....The aluminum is the same design from what I read......So go with the best
