Default Any APS guys have a problem with the windshield washer bottle?

I'm really not sure where to ask this, but since I'm talking about a part that came with a turbo kit, I'll stick it here.

My windshield wash hasn't worked since I installed my turbos. I can hear the pump running when I hit it, but nothing comes out. There aren't any leaks, and I can watch the bottle and tell that no fluid is moving (due to no bubbles / no change in fluid level). Has anyone else experienced this? Did anyone have to do anything "funny" to prime the pump after they remounted it? Any input would be greatly appreciated. It'll be bug season soon, so I think I'll need them.

Thanks,

Bump.

And mods, feel free to move this if you think I'll get a better response somewhere else.
