Need re-build or new motor

Need re-build or new motor Compression tested engine today....not looking good.......
did test while motor was cold, and only did cylinders 1,3,5,7
#1,3, and 7 were around 210
#5 was around 90 (tried 4 times and were all around 90)
But none of the spark plugs had oil on them
didn't bother checking any more.....
Where is the best place to get a motor/where should I go from here (never pulled one of these motors, but have swaped a sr20 into a 240)
Motor still idles and runs without any noises so some stuff can be re-used

were in VA are you at? VA speed might be local + a good choice, TSP will probably have the cheapest prices, and if I were to ever pay to have a motor built it woud come from Wheel To Wheel.
