Default 2-core to 3-core upgrade

I have it on good authority that my ATI D-1SC is not compatible with my small 2-core intercooler. I will try to call ATI sometime this week and ask a few questions, does anyone know how much a minute? Somebody told me that ATI does not recommend the truck intercooler with the D-1SC, it does not support the flow. Although, they did not mention this when I bought the blower with the D-1SC upgrade.
I am going to try and upgrade my intercooler to a bigger 3-core hi-flow intercooler. What would I see as far as psi
loss and power gains? Any suggestions would be cool.

It is the same size but it has two tabs on the sides for mounting. I just installed the intercooler and it is a pain in the ***. I am having to modify the lower fascia. The IAT temps are the same as before but I am sure it flows a lot more air under boost.
My friggin belt is slipping so bad I can't build over 7lbs of boost. I think my new pulley will be here saturday. Do you know the belt size for a 3.7in pulley? Email the size please. Once I get the the pulley and belt on I will update you on the power gain and how it fits.

Ati belt number is ko61105
Gatorback makes a belt in this size worth a look at gdy406111905
this is the belt size for the 3.60" pulley i would see it if you can get it to go on with this belt be worth your trouble
otherwise the 110 is the end of part number for the longer one

That link is a pic of the ATI sheetmetal intercooler. The 3 core is like $950. I have heard that it's good up to 22 lbs of boost. It's hard to say what kind of gains you would see. If you were not intercooled at all I would say that manufacturers say that intercoolers can be good for a 20% reduction in inlet air temps. Since you already have an intercooler you would not see that kind of drop but you would still see a drop over what you have.

I have a CAS 3.25 x 12.5 x 26, 3" inlet/outlet air/air that I might be selling pretty soon. It's good for up to 20 lbs of boost. It does not have mounting tabs they would need to be added. I'd sell it for $500 shipped.
