Today we pulled the stock 5.7 heads, Headers and intake. Put in ported 6.0 truck heads, truck manifolds and mounted FMIC.
Tomorrow should have the pipeing and turbo installed.

my 11 year old taping up the fenders for scratch protection

Laborers at my disposal...lol guy on the left is fenix999 on this board and his best bud on the right.

End of the day, heads swapped, FMIC mounted, oil feed and return lines tapped.
Tomorrow, should have the turbo and all pipeing installed except for the exhaust...need to get to a muffler should to weld up my down pipe to my muffler.
Hardest part of the job was removing the driver's side head and header.

The turbo is a MasterTurbo T70 with .96 AR
I will take pix of the turbo tomorrow.
The set up is custom, using truck manifolds..driver side facing forward and passenger facing rear. The turbo will end up where the battery sits, with the battery getting moved to hatch pocket. Alternator getting relocated topside passenger side with custom bracket. Walbro already installed, using 03 Cobra injectors, with 58psi they are rated at 45lbs/hr. I will have my son take plenty of pix during the install and i will get the pix with everything mounted tomorrow night hopefully.

Should be finished with the installing everything tomorrow. I'm using hptuner for my tune and calibrated for the bigger injectors only so far..need to start car and work on tuning from there. I have been reading, but curious what can I expect to happen the 1st time I get into a little boost???

Need to finish plumbing to intake.

Need to connect down pipe to 3" pipeing to muffler.

Battery tray for rear hatch pocket. Need to set it in and wire up the battery.

Done for the day

To finish it up, need to do oil change, run boost gauge inside, run battery wire thru firewall and install in rear, run my oil feed line, plumb the intake tubing, fill up wiht coolant and recharge A.C.

Looking good, thanks for the updates, you got alot done in one day. I spent the whole day in the garage yesterday and managed to only redo my rear brake lines, of course I had to make them.

there is def potential for that type of kit. seems you could use a vertical radiator and leave the battery where it is. then mount the turbo in front of the motor and run the downpipe above the k member on the drivers side. looks to be tons of room there.

Yeah, all of that was figured out, but this kit was the pro-type. Another kit is getting install soon on two T/As in a month or so and they are going to do the set up you mentioned.

Basically finished the kit, need to secure my boost gauge somewhere, put vband clamp where center exhaust pipe meets the catback magnaflow muffler, get a cover for my battery in the rear, billet grille, put a turbo jacket and wrap wires in the area of the turbo, mainly the traction control. I will get better pics this weekend....exhausted now. Here is the 1st start up vid http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VYmW7HOZXk0
Had a vacuum leak, plugged it up and idle good. Sounds awesome...lower tone.

Starts right up, idle nice and is quieter but deeper tone.
All should done this weekend except for wideband which I'm still looking for a good deal on one; once I get it, some tuning then onto the dyno.
Here's a few pix.
