Default magnuson blower idle

I have a Magnuson 112 blower sucking through a 90mm Holley Throttle body on my 2002 TA. Everything runs great with the exception of my MOVING idle. this sounds crazy, but when I am coasting down a hill in neutral, the idle will roll back and forth from 300 up to 1000 then back down. It will do this until the car comes to a stop then it maintains a steady idle. Obviously the throttle body is "sensing" air speed/vaccum and trying to compensate for it some how. Is this a tuning issue or a manual adjustment issue. Sometimes when I come to a stop sign it will just kill. Help!

Check your IAC counts. Look at the tables for desired air flow and also check throttle follower/cracker tables.
