Default Please help me with a few turbo questions

I'm building a 370 iron block to use with a turbo. 11cc dish pistons with unmilled 317s should give me a 9:1 CR. Pistons and rods will be forged. I will be building the kit myself with truck manifolds and I have a few questions. Looking for around 700 to the wheels and I will be driving it on the street as well as the track.

1) Would a 76mm be too small? Is an 88 a better match?
2) What size BOV would be sufficient?
3) Wastegate size?
4) Would it be a bad idea to use the stock MAF or should it handle the extra airflow?
5) How far should the BOV be from the TB?

1) you can hit 700 with a 76mm. Check out www.forcedinductions.com for a good selection.
2)Tial 50mm BOV would be my choice. Price is going to be around $250 and dont buy an ebay knock off.
3)Tial 38mm wastegate should be good.
4)If it were me id have it tuned speed density.

Is 700 going to be close to the max though?

38mm wastegate sounds kinds small compared to what I've seen a lot of people run on here.

With speed density you just get rid of the MAF?

Depends what 76 you go with. With A speed density tune you don't need a maf.

Get your turbo from forcedinductions.com and ask jose what turbo would work best with your engine setup.
