What is a safe boost # on 6.0L iron block?

I am putting a new set of ET heads on my 408 with a F1R Procharger. What would be a safe boost # I could run without lifting the heads. Is 15psi to much?

As long as you have some good head gaskets and your studs are torqued down it'll chuckle at 15psi.
