Default to deck or not to deck.... that is the question

I know this is the forced induction section, but since I'm building a low compression motor i thought i would start here.
I know its hard to tell by pictures, I'm just trying to have an idea before i take my 6.0 to the machine shop what you guys thought. Here are some pics. you can see where the gasket was sitting, it does have a couple thousandths you can hardly feel and i didn't know whether this was something to be concerned about or not

if it's at the machine shop have it decked and surfaced per spec for the gasket you are using different material gaskets need a different RA finish for ideal sealing.
