Weston Machine in Piscataway NJ, they charged 400 for the caps and 380 for the install (bore/hone/minor machining to thrust area) I did not have the caps pinned and they came from Weston (the callies/W2W caps were backorderd for and unkown amount of time and W2W recommended Weston to me)

My thinking. If the crankshaft was balanced, why are the rings not installed on the pistons and the rob bearing installed in the rods? Both are important to the overall balance of the rotating assembly.

Not sure, the plastic bags the rings were in had been opened though and the rod bearing were not sealed to start with however I would imagine EPP knows what they're doing.

Exactly, everything is very tediously weighed out to spec, nothing gets over looked in this area.
