Default Any Turbo stores/shops in the Houston, TX area?

My car will be shipped here by this Saturday and If I need to get something Turbo related to get it running quickly, I don't want to wait on a internet order. If you know of any shops/stores in the greater Houston area that keeps common turbo related inventories, please post them either here or in a PM ! Thanks guys!! Oh.. a chassis dyno will be needed here too. I know MTI no longer allows Fbodies in their shop so anybody else have one here in Houston?

I am just getting into the turbo scene but I do know there is a turbo place in Beaumont on I-10. The strictly deal with sales and service of turbos so they might have what you need. Also I believe HPE (Horsepower Engineering) Has a chassis dyno. They are a sponsor on here as well.

I am not sure of that answer. I do know they quit working on f-bodies, they don't list any parts for f-bodies on their site any more. And all of their customers rides that were f-bodies have been deleted and there are only Vette's, Viper's, and Gto's in there gallery now.

They are only working on high end vehicles now. I think they only go as low as vettes now.

turbochargers.com will have anything you would possibly need. They are located at Bingle and 290.

I was told because these cars are getting older and have been wrenched on many times and they don't want to have too work on old rusty stripped out nuts and bolts/ dirtiness. And because they getting ready too work on the new camaros. But if you car doesn't have very many miles and is clean they will work on it.

Just called your shop for a BOV/Up pipe w/flange. Really nice conversation. No BS, no clueless responses, none of the "I don't know. Come over and we'll figure it out.." responses I've heard from other less-than-helpful turbo shops.

WHoops.. spoke too soon. They just called me to say they can't just weld a flange on a 3" pipe. They want me to drive over and drop off my car so they can weld it on. Sigh....

Went over to Turbochargers.com and bought a Tial 50mm BOV and they had the 3" stainless pipe with flange welded on waiting for me
But...
I thought the Tial would be like the Turbosmart and come with all the springs. Nope. The Tial only comes with ONE spring and it's far too high for my setup. So I have to drive another hour round trip with the gas involved in such a trip and go back over there to pick up the danged 7psi spring. Word to the wise... Ask the sales person what spring comes in it and ask for the one you NEED before you leave.
