Well here are the pics of the new Intercooler setup.

Let me know what you think. Also finished wrapping the driver side header today.

Alright, So I finally mounted the driver side header. Had to trim the holes a bit more, but shes finally in!

Also removed the A/C Condensor, and HOLY **** was it dirty. I think there was a birds nest between the radiator and A/C Condensor. There were also thousands of little rocks in the both the radiators.

Once they were cleaned, I mounted it back up, cut the stock fan in half and used the stock fan on the passenger side. Mounted the pusher fan on the driver side.

Also painted the front mount intercooler brace, looks a lot nicer now!

My buddy cut the bumper a bit to open up the license plate area. My plan is to cut the license plate cover around the edge, like 1 inch. And put black mesh in there.

Im kinda stuck on how to mount the Alternator bracket. I bought my from smokinhawk. Can anyone post some close up pics?

You're making good progress... here are some pics of the bracket:

That's a Katech tensioner

Funky custom five-rib belt:

Depending on which rails you use, and the fitting, you might up with a tight fit at the rear of the alternator:

More of the bracket. Be prepared to shim in order to get the belt aligned...

Awesome. That is exactly what I was looking for. Should make the alternator install alot easier =)

Current PTK owners.

Did you remove the power steering cooler all together?

So today we were able to get the alternator mounted. It needed a lot of washers to get it mounted correctly.

We also wrapped a lot of the things that will be around the turbo. I dont think it was that needed, since i wrapped the hell out of the driverside header and downpipe/crossover.

The fans are also now all wired up. Going to buy 1 more pusher fan to mount in front of the A/C condensor.

Removed the old P/S Cooler and installed the new pipe that goes to the radiator.

Frost,

Can you take a current pic of the bottom where the turbo sits. Would like to see how close your powersteering lines are to the pipes.

mine don't look any different than what is here in the thread already. Mine are wrapped up too. I haven't had any problem but the cap on the res looks "wet" around it. It doesn't get low or give me any issues, and it was a concern, but everything is wrapped up.
