Exhaust diameter size?

Exhaust diameter size? Would you guys running twin turbos care to share the INSIDE diameter size of your fabb'd headers and if you are running truck manifolds, can you share the size of the exhaust ports?
I'm running L92 heads and 62-1 Turbonetics...i need to order the u/j bends and the merge collectors but really not sure about sizing.
HP goal is 1000-1200 with 18psi/boost.
