We're getting there....doesn't sound like it needs much of a tuneup.

its a bit rich at idle...11.8:1...need to start working on that...but not sure how well I can get the 160 lb injectors to tune out on idle

Thanks, fairly similar to mine, I am going to try and get 5" and a 5" bullet to around the same area. When we built the headers in car, we laid a section of 5" along the passenger side, its tight but does fit. Normal LS1 PA k-member. 5" bends and v-bands are expensive!

Similar cam, just curious to sound. I widened my LSA from when we first fabbed the setup. It was mocked up on the stock 6.0L with a 226-226 112 cam, with that 14" 45* 5" DP, I was shocked at how it wasn't super loud! I think the increased length will change the tone however.

What is your base fuel pressure at? Those 160's can be a bitch! You can start at like 25-35 psi base, then boost reference them up. Helps tame them a little at idle.

they are at 50psi right now...its hard to tame down the belt drive fuel pump. I have the adjuster pretty far out as it is

Man at 50 psi, they are already pushing more than the 160 lbs. they are rated at. This might be a challenge! What does she idle (rpm) at?
Did you use a dynomax bullet muffler?
