gt47-88 with .69 a/r???

ok i have searched all over this site so i am finally gonna ask. we bought a gt47-88 turbo from precision, its a t-6 flange, but what throws me off is the .69 a/r...wtf? i can't find any info on it.... is it possibly a 47-18?

Never heard of a .69A/R....sure its not .96A/R. Also .69A/R would starve that 47 turbine big time.
