Default New Hardcore Parts are Ready!!!!!!!

Finally after waiting for 2 months Bill and my lightweight intake valves are here! It doesn't seem like much but when you want to make 900+rwhp with a centri every little bit of weight off the valvetrain helps!

Stock:

Light weight:

So then I finally had time to fab up my new intercooler! I used a Bell 29x6x3.5 core that flows over 1970 cfm! Perfect for a the 2000 cfm the F1R flows-this should give me back the 3lbs to 4lbs of boost I lost with my old A&A intercooler-I wonder what the new numbers will be-should better the 900 rwhp?

I made sheet metal end tanks at my fab shop and got Dean from Full Throttle Welding to weld them up for me.

I offset the inlet and outlet to put the cooler further away from the AC condencer, after all my car is a street car with AC, unlike some of the other "so called" street cars around here No gutting for me!

Then I put a flow divider in the inlet so the core gets an equal amount of air through the core for better cooling with less turbulance.

You can see the size difference and sheet metal construction over the cooler I use for the D1SC's.

And my wonderful sidekick Susie from CDNPERF just informed me my "custom" cometics should be here tomorrow-time to get cracking!

I was just wondering what the hell happened to you... You guys are trouble. Between Arun and Dave I'm running a full point higher compression and now a F1R bumping the D1SC. I hate you ...

Are the valves hollow, inconel, or titanium? I like the intercooler. I still need to save up so I can get a nice vertical flow unit like that for my 93.
