Default What PCV valve do you use?

I still have the PCV hooked up stock style (to the valve cover, no LS6 valley cover) going to the intake manifold with a catch can. I thought I might replace the PCV valve as maintenance. I know some guys just use a check valve and no PCV, but didn't know if that would be too much vacuum? Looking for advice on what to use.

Thanks!

No oil in the intake at all. I do have a oil/air separator though.
