Got tuned!
Chuck from HPE came out to Utah yesterday to do a group tune. My computer is pretty much maxed out at 4600 rpms so we couldn't run it up any higher but here are the results.

Boost is climbing upwards of about 13psi when the graph goes crazy but the few times he took it to 6000 it got up to 18-19psi.
I'm running 60lb/hr injectors and the Lonnies double pumper/hotwire kit and an AIS stage 2l kit with 100% meth.
He made 14 pulls trying to fix it and he said the VE and power enrichment tables are maxed out and he can't add anything more at that point and he said its pretty much at the limits of the stock pcm?
I'd like to get this figured out because I see atleast another 100 hp easy on a full pull!

It will be more than 100 hp, that would only be D1SC territory with your 6-speed and F1A that would be a whole lot of power . going from 13psi to 19psi would net BIG GAINS, epecially if the tuner is really using the alky kit you have to tune it.
MAF tune or speed density? Something is not right??

I agree! For the first few pulls we were using the MAF so he switched to speed density hoping to be able to fix it. He picked up quite a bit of power but never could fix the top end.
I am on the stock map sensor though? I wonder what would happen if I picked up a 3 bar?

I'm going to agree with needing to contact Ed Wright. I think he could sort out your problems. That thing is going to be a beast when you solve the last little gremlins

Update! Finally got around to swapping out the tr6's for some tr7's and lowered the gap to .025" and I took it out and ran it up to redline in third and it felt great! Gonna get on the dyno soon and see what happens.

Update: Just got home from the dyno. I messed with the tune a little bit and I was able to pick up 100 more hp. The bad news is its still running out of fuel and the fueling tables are maxed. I have reached the limits of the stock pcm it seems.
This is on 91 octane.

When the graph cuts off your just at the 5250 hp and Tq curve. Reving the motor to 6500-7,000 depending on your pulley setup would probably net 900RWHP if you had the Fuel.
In my opinion its not a PCM problem, but something else????
