Default putting a tc76 on my s10 some ?'s

its a 6.0l w/ a mild 222/222 cam. im putting a rear mount tc76 .96 ar...
im looking to make around 500hp

1. what would be a better size to run from the y pipe to the turbo 2.5" or 3" (either will be wrapped)

2. im probably only going to be able to fit 2.5" for the cold side where it goes into the engine bay, should i make the rest of it 3" or continue w/ the 2.5" throughout?

3. what would be a better size for the downpipe 3" or 4", is there a min. length that i should run?

4. ive got an ls1, ls6 and a truck intake off of a 6.0l... which one should i go with?

5. ive heard you shouldn't have any 90deg turns in the drain line but would that matter if im using a scavenging pump?

6. whats the best place to mount the BOV... just anywhere between the intercooler and throttlebody?

thanks for any help, Gary

TC76 will make 500 rwhp easy

3" down pipe is all you need then just merge this into your exhaust system , twin 2 1/2 or 3' What ever sie system you have.

Use the LS6 manifold

Useing a scavenge pump 90 deg bends should be ok

BOV between cooler and TB should be fine, usually closer to TB the better , but take into account IAT placement, and methanol jets etc when working out placement,

Here is some info on my setup that might help you out.

1.) My Y is 2.5 into a Single 3.5" all the way to turbo. Coated and wrapped.

2.) I have 3" all the way to the front of the truck with a secton of 3.5" to the throttle body... OVAL tubing is your friend.

3.) With your power goals 3" is plenty, I am currently 3.5" about 24" long with a 8" long magnaflow race muffler.

4.)As mentioned above LS6 hands down.

5.) I have a 45* out of my turbo and a 90 into the pump and no oil return issues here.

6.) you have the right idea here.

Hope this helps
