Default Tuning ? for LT1

Just got my procharger (P1SC) back from the rebuild. They put put a 3.40 pully on it (was a 3.55). Now the car seems to run great WOT, but when I come to a stop it just about dies....seems like its starving for fuel. The car was originally tuned with a 4.10 pulley. Do you think I need to get it retuned to the new pulley size or am I dealing with a diffrent issue?

The car idles fine when sitting still 800rpm.......

Whenever a different pulley is installed the tune should be looked at to make sure the air/fuel is still where it needs to be, and that no spark knock is detected. Bob
