Default ls1 fuel pressure questions

i know this has probably been covered but i couldnt find an exact answer, what should my fuel pressure be set at on my ls1 (out of 99 camaro)with aeromotive regulator stock injectors, heads, pistons, compression 11.25 to 1 bla bla, i have a guage right after the regulator in my fuel system showing about 50psi at the momentwith engine at idle. should i be checking at full power should i be checking at the rail instead, any info would help

with the regulator unhooked from vac source fuel pressure should be 58 psi

my regulator is near my fuel cell with no vaccum hooked to it,

whats the range for a fuel gauge off the stock rail? will it ever exceed 60psi?
