Default Pressure Bleedoff?

Reinstalled my fuel pump today on my lt1 and car is running alot better. Adjusted my fuel pressure to 43.5psi with the vac hose off, and the car runs alot smoother. Im not positive, but i am 90% sure the car has a walbro or other aftermarket pump in it becuase now that i finally have good fuel pressure, the pump is loud, and sounds exactly like my buddies walbro 255 in his vr4.

My question is, after shutting the car off, the pressure has usually bled off to about 20psi or so after 3-4 minutes. Is this normal with an aftermarket pump? I had heard that they don't hold pressure after shutoff like the stocker does. Any opinions here? Thanks guys
