Default boost activated pump, SAFE??

Does anyone use an external fuel pump triggered via boost?

I can trigger my pump to kick in at 2PSI, stock pump WILL most definitely run out at 4.5PSI.

Wondering if I will have any fuel starvation issues till the secondary pump kicks in, given that boost build-up on the twin turbo set-up will be LIGHTING fast.

As a remedy, I thought of wiring an MSD window switch at 3000RPMs, is this necessary?

Thanks.

I use them all the time, expecially on Vette's. We ussually add a 420L on a boost switch set at 2-4lbs.

those are the responces I am hearing as well, but said I had to make sure first.

This just came to mind, are you using them on SC'ed or TT vettes? This should work fine on centrifugal systems where boost is linear. I hope you meant TT.

Thanks!

Hope to hear other opinions on this as well
