60lb injector fuel pressure question.,
i have a 370 with pt88mm front mount. i have 60lb injectors that are reading 120% at 14-15psi. i have a-8 feed with twin pumps starting at 60psi and boost referencing. i scaled the injectors in hptuners. is that the only thing i needed to change. the car runs great. i was just wondering if i need to change anything else for the injectors or if they are just out of steam. would increasing the base pressure to 70 instead of 60psi get me down to 100% or do i need to just get some bigger injectors?

did you scale the IFR correctly according to my spreadsheet here on ls1tech?
what twin pumps do you have? twin 255s? twin 340s?
how much power are you making so far?
double check your fuel injector ratings to be sure they are rated what they are.

Well, with the absence of any other data this is what I came of with. From my calculations you are very close to if not at the limit assuming you want to stay below 80% duty cycle.
Here's the calculation:
You may want to touch base with FICINJECTORS (sponsor) about some larger injectors if your going to turn up the boost.
First, I would make sure you scaled the injectors correctly. Can you post your IFR table?

Do what 405HP_Z06 is saying, talk with FICinjectors and see what they say... you may need to go to a 79# injector or larger.... just FYI racetronix makes a high impedance (plug and play with our cars) 79# injector.

siemens injectors with a uscar connector. I question the flow figures stated by ford. The green tops are stated by ford to be 42 lb/hr @ 39.15 psi and that’s been proven to be pure bunk. I bet they are 80 lb/hr @ 3 bar.
