What do I need to put a fuel pressure gauge on my fuel rail?

Just remove the schrader valve in the end and attach the guage.

That's right, I forgot there is a fitting that goes from the 1/8 pipe thread of the gauge to the port and it just screws over the port.

IIRC, the rail fitting is -4AN male. It the gauge connector is 1/8 NPT female, then you need a -4AN female to 1/8 male adapter and you should be fine. Our sponsors carry them, or you can do a generic search for items such as Earl's 916104 (straight) or 923104 (90 degree bend).
