Procharger & Fuel pump 500-550rwhp...
I almost have everything needed to final install my Procharger this coming spring. I am still in search of what I should use for a Fuel pump. My original plan was to go with a Racetronix because of the ease of install and not having to modify the fuel bucket. But I am worried if it will be enough for my setup, since I've been searching previous threads that say N/A it will be fine, but for 500-550rwhp with FI it was not really clear?
So basically what are you using for your pumps in the RWHP range while using FI? Thanks.
*Injector wise, I'll be using precision industries 42.5lb.

The kit Procharger sells comes with an in-line pump to be used in conjunction with the in-tank one. So you might not have to get too crazy if you plan on a mild setup. Do you have the FMU?

I think the single racetronix will be fine for what I need with the 42.5 injectors, but I'd like to see people with experience with theirs.

Stock pump and a boost-a-pump supported 505rwhp on my car without any problems.
I ended up going with an APS twin pump kit when I upgraded, mainly because there wasn't much information readily available on Lonnie's (GTO kit) stuff.

Low fuel levels are not typically a problem with the dual pump kit, although I do not recommend you run any high performance car with under 1/4 tank.
The harder a car accelerates, the more the fuel climbs the back of the tank & the more important it is to keep sufficient fuel in the tank.

We both have similar hp goals, I ended buying Nasty's stage 1 racetronix kit. The only thing that I noted was it came with Lucas injectors rather than SVO's as the site indicates. Hopefully its not a big deal.

You can upgrade the lines and it will help marginally. Problem is you are maxing out the pump. We run the Lonnies/Racetronix dual setup on the factory lines and get good reliable power to 700-750rwhp. Also cheaper than replacing lines reg. filter....
