Default Injector question

Might be a dumb question... my buddy has a 98 Z28 he bought out of state and the motor was replaced with a 00 motor.

Looking at his tune, it is tuned for 28#ers but we're not sure if it still has 28's injectors in it or the 26's. Can you look at the 28's and tell them apart from the 26's? And what would the car do if it has 26's in it but still has the tune for 28's? Would it even run?

It would run, but it would be lean. What part number on the injector?

Thats what I thought it would do. I'm not sure what the pt# is, I was just sitting here and started thinking about it. I'll check it out.

Well I checked it out today and it did end up having 26's in it. We spent about 3hr tuning on it before we finally got it right. This car had all kind of other issues we had to workout in order to get the tune right.
