Default 95lbs low-imp for 940rwhp?

overkill?

If yes, are they still "tunable" to acheive decent drivability around town?

With your HP level you will be close to maxxing, the 95's

THey will be tuneable to be streetable as long as you have a good tuner.

I have the 95lb Delphi's in stock, flow matched, with viton o-rings installed for $60 each

I have 160's, and they have tuned just fine with the BS3. My base fuel pressure is around 35 psi, and ramps up under boost. I couldn't believe how nice they idle.
