If you are not planning on going FI you could easily go with a 26lb injecotr but I would just get the Ford Green Tops 42's and call it a day !

these are high impedence injectors so they should be plug and play ...with a tune of course

I dont plan on going FI, at least not for a couple years. Here are the ones I was going to get then. They are Delphi/Racetronix 37# flowmatched. So they should work fine then?

they will work but I would stick with the Ford 42's. These have been around for years and are very tunable ! Cheap as well !

The LT1 fuel system runs at 3 bar and assuming your still running the same fuel pressure, you will need approximately 40 lb/hr @ 3 bar injectors to stay at or below the 80% duty cycle best practice.

You can get Bosch Design III's for less than you can get the older Bosch Design I's (Ford Green Top 42's). The Design III's are a much better injector that has a more efficient coil and 10x better atomization characteristics than the Design I's.

I would recommend these in 42 lb/hr @ 3 bar.

Here's the calculation:

The Delphi Flowmatched 42# will be perfect for your application. We have them for $340. This seems to be a good size for LT1's because they work perfectly for you app at 3bar and you can bump your pressure up to 4bar if you need to for future upgrades.

Thanks,
Shane
