Default Type of Fuel line

I am in process of collecting all my parts to do a 5.3 swap into my '64 Chevelle. I am looking for the least expensive/easisest way to set up my fuel system. I was hoping to use the "plastic" flex line that comes on the ends of the stock steel lines. Also where can I get this type of fuel line. I am really hoping to do a simple setup that is low cost and little work. The engine will be physicaly stock, with an ECM flash for performance.

What I have so far:
'92 Caprice sump style gas tank w/ 2002 Suburban Fuel pump
2002 Suburban 5.3L engine w/returnless fuel rail.
plastic quick connects with barbs on the fuel sender/pump
steel quick connects for the fuel rail with some of the stock flex line
I am going to be using the Corvette filter/regulator
need to know what year this should be as well

What I need:
Feed line from tank to fuel filter
return line from filter to tank
single feed line from filter to injector rail
