Default fuel pump relay bypass

If I jump 30 and 87 wont I see fuel pressure for at least 5 seconds or so?

I want to jump the relay to make the pump run long enough to test the fuel pressure. Im getting none now and I want to make sure it isnt the relay.

I have already verified with a test light that the computer is trying to prime the system.

If you jump the contacts and the pump should run for ever.
