Default Fuel Regulators

Hey guys,

What are the differences, pros/cons of running the fuel regulators before or after the rails?

Some say it is good to run before as your fuel lines will always stay full. Running it after, well, kind of the same thing.

So, what do you guys think?

After the rails keeps the most fuel at the injectors, and will limit the psi drop when you get on the throttle. If you run it before then when you get on the throttle the the psi can drop at the injectors. You want the most fuel you can get to the injectors and send back what you dont need with the reg after the rails with the return.

Run it after the rail. IMHO it would make sense that running it after the rail would account more accurately for injector usage, since it would be referencing the fuel pressure at the end of the rail (after the injectors have taken what they need) as opposed to before.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong here?

Yep...I am agreeing with you guys. Since I have been rethinking my fuel system, I have heard some crazy things.

Always run after and feed in the back and out the front, IMHO
