Stock fuel filter/regulator output fitting?

Stock fuel filter/regulator output fitting? I'm in the middle of an ls1 swap in my 86 monte and have hit a small snag. I already have an intank pump and primary 3/8 braided steel line with AN fittings and factory 5/16 return line from my edelbrock proflo system. I'm trying to install a stock replacement vette ls1 fuel filter/regulator and cant find a fitting for the primary line to the rails that will mate the filter with an AN fitting
Somthing like this would be perfect but I have no idea what its called/who makes it, or anything. I've been looking for a few hours and cant find anything. I know Russel makes the female quick disconnects for the other side and the rail, but this side has me confused. Any help would be great! THANKS!
