Default Changing fuel injectors?

How hard is to change a fuel injector? I want to swap injectors 1 and 7 to help diagnose a misfire I have on cylinder 7. Is there a write up nearby anywhere? I would search but yea..we know the problem there.
Just some general instructions will also help get the job done.

unhook the fuel rail supply line, pull the clips holding the wire connectors on, remove the connectors, remove the 4 bolts attaching the rail to the intake, and then pull up. the injectors will stay attached to the rail untill you remove the clips holding them in.
