Default dirt/grime around fuel injectors

I am going to change the fuel injectors on my 02' LS1. I noticed there is some dirt and grime around them and I don't want it to fall into the intake when I pull them out. Should I pressure wash the intake with the car running, or blow it out with compressed air?
