when is a dual in tank setup required???
basically what i am asking is what can a single 255 handle in a FI car. i have read hear that it will do 550rwhp. i am doing a turbo build and i am think about doing a dual pump install with the second pump on a boost activated switch. my plan is for about 550-600rwhp for now.

Usually 550 is the limit. Some go a little higher, some have problems at 550. There is no set number.
I recommend if you are bulding a motor & plan anything over 500rwhp that you start off with a dual system so you do not have to buy things twice.
If you are looking for a single or dual pump kit or a complete fuel system, give me a call. I have dual pump kits (fully assembled & tested) with plug-n-play wiring for your car. With my kits, there is no trail & error, no wiring issues, & excellent reliability.... it is ready to drop in so you can enjoy your car instead of laying under it.
