Default Fuel coming out filler neck

I recently installed a Nasty tank and their catch can and went to fill the car up today and before the pump shut off I had some fuel come out through the filler neck, so I went to check the gauge and it was only registering 1/2 tank. So I proceeded to add more fuel and it did it again.Does anyone know how to rectify this problem? TIA guys.

What size line are you using for the vent? I use 5/8" or bigger. Is something pinched in the vent line? Give me a call I can help you figure it out.

We just used some -8 hose that we had around.Should I try to run a bigger hose to the catch can and see if that helps at all? Another question I have Nate is this the fuel level sending unit is it a 0-90ohm universal or what is it? I noticed it seems to fluctuate a lot so I was wondering if I have to make some changes in the pcm to compensate for that. Thanks for the help.
