Default inline fuel pump?

I have a inline fuel pump with a stock intake pump. The inline is a ati procharger pump. Just wanted to know if anyone knows what this fuel system is good for. I make about 450rwhp n/a and about to spray a 100 or 150 shot with a nos plate. Anyone with input would be nice.

The inline is not going to help get anymore volume then the stock intank can push just can not pull more fuel through that pump. Replace the intank pump and ditch the inline pump.

I went to the dyno last week and put down 551 rwhp with my setup. The pumps had no problems.

My Procharged '02 Z28 put down 479 RWHP a few years ago. Should be right about 500 now. So far no problems with the in-line boost a pump furnished in the kit from ATI.

I was getting a bad feeling about spraying with a stock intake, inline, and hot wire kit. I started calling peolpe and everyone was saying that I would not have the fuel. The setup would handle 500 rwhp. I had to go to the dyno and help tune a car. That car had a procharger on it and up down 488 rwhp at 6 pounds at 5000 with belt slip. After that we put my car on with the tuner and watched the afrs'. The car still has plenty of pump left.

Mine ran out of fuel just under 500 rwhp with only 6lbs of boost. I would say ditch the intank and inline and put a 044 in the tank. Should be plenty to do what you want. I wouldn't trust the stock and inline pumps for more than 500. Especially if you are going to spray on top of it.

That sounds about right. While I am not having issues yet, if I bump up the power even a little bit more in either car... I might exceed what the pumps can deliver.

Right now my car isn't getting anymore upgrades to the engine before I change the intake to a racetronics 255. Then I'll go for that 600rwhp mark. After that I will rebuild the bottom end and go for 700 plus rwhp and be done for awhile.

If you plan on that much power, you should contact me for a dual intank pump setup, as 1 intank pump will not get you that far.

If and when I get there I will contact you you. I like your work. You have done a twin pump setup for me on a 96 camaro I worked on and it turned out great. Matter of fact that car goes back to the dyno on friday. we are going to try and break 600rwhp with the new 60# injectors in it.
