Default Lost 30psi of Fuel Pressure?

I'm running a Walbro 255 with 97-98 vette fuel rails on my TA. I've got an adjustable regulator on the stock rails. For some reason while idling and cruising, its down about 30psi of fuel pressure. I haven't had a chance to check anything yet, but what should I be looking for?

I was going to start with making sure the pump is getting enough power, then maybe the regulator.

If you are running any rubber fuel hose in the tank with the E85 that you have listed in your sig., you may have found your problem.

Why is that? I think I've got fuel injection hose in there. Just a small piece from the pump to the top of the basket. I guess that would make sense if it ruptured.

Is the E85 weakening the hose?

Yes but I would think the fuel injection hose would be fine.

Fuel injection hose is not rated for intank use.....only submersible hose is.

Also the sharp bend in the tank will ruin a rubber hose, plus it is not likely rated for E85 usage.
