fuel system qestion i am going to be using a sumped alumium fuel tank with 6an fuel line and 8an return what regulator should i use and what pump should i go with that will hold up with street driving the car

I ***-u-me you mean -8 feed line and -6 return line. But we still need alot more info on your car and setup, HP goals... Give me a call I can help you put together a system to suit.
